Add a Peer SIP Trunk in Grandstream UCM63xx (UCM6300 Series)

Access the UCM Web UI
Access and sign in to the UCM Web UI.
  1. Sign in to the UCM63xx Web UI (https://<ucm-ip>:8089) using an administrator account.

  2. Go to PBX → Basic/Call Routes → SIP Trunks and select Add.

    Navigate to SIP Trunks and add
  3. Choose Peer Trunk, give it a clear name (e.g., Peer_PBX_NY).

  4. Set Host to the peer’s IP/FQDN and the correct SIP Port. Select the agreed Transport (UDP/TCP/TLS).

  5. Registration: Leave disabled for pure IP peering. If the peer requires authentication, supply the credentials in the trunk’s authentication section.

  6. From/To headers: Set how the UCM sends From, P-Preferred-Identity, and To. Keep defaults unless your peer specifies otherwise.

Test both directions, then monitor CDRs and captures.
