This policy provides information about Smartcom Telephone\u2019 designated agent for receipt of copyright infringement claims pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (\u201cDMCA), 17 USC \u00a7 512, and how to make a claim for copyright infringement to Smartcom Telephone\u2019 DMCA agent.
